2.Account Registration

• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or misuse the Platform.

3.Nature of the Platform

• The Platform acts as a digital marketplace for construction materials.
• Product availability, pricing, delivery timelines, and stock depend on suppliers and location.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.

4.Product Information

• Product images are for reference purposes only.
• Actual products may vary in color, shade, batch, packaging, or appearance.
• Specifications and availability are subject to change by manufacturers or suppliers.
• Manufacturer warranties, if any, are provided directly by the manufacturer and not by us.

5.Pricing & Payments

• All prices listed are subject to change without prior notice.
• We offer multiple payment modes including cash, online payment, or prepaid options.
• Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully completed (where applicable).
• We are not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party payment gateways.

6.Orders & Order Acceptance

• Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
• We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order due to:
  • Stock unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Supplier or logistics issues
• Once confirmed, orders may not be cancelled unless explicitly allowed.

7.Delivery & Logistics

• Delivery timelines provided are estimated and may vary due to external factors.
• Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, supplier delays, or logistical constraints.
• The customer must ensure proper site access for delivery vehicles.
• Risk and responsibility for the material transfer to the customer upon delivery and unloading.
• Customers must inspect materials at the time of delivery. Complaints raised later may not be accepted.

8.Returns, Refunds & Replacements

• Due to the nature of construction materials, most products are non-returnable.
• Returns or replacements are only considered if:
  • Incorrect material was delivered
  • Material has a verified manufacturing defect
• Any issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method.

9.User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate delivery and contact details
• Ensure safe and accessible delivery locations
• Use the Platform for lawful purposes only
• Not place fake or fraudulent orders
• Not misuse, disrupt, or harm the Platform or its users

10.Influencer / Contractor / Architect Programs

• Incentives, commissions, or rewards (if applicable) are subject to change.
• Earnings depend on successful completion of transactions.
• We do not guarantee any minimum earnings.
• We reserve the right to terminate or modify such programs at our discretion.

11.Intellectual Property

• All content on the Platform including logos, designs, text and software is owned by Vardhman Agencies.
• No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

12.Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Manipulate prices or transactions
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Platform
• Upload false, misleading, or harmful information

13.Limitation of Liability

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• This includes losses related to construction delays, project overruns, or business losses.
• Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the order placed through the Platform.

14.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vardhman Agencies from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

15.Account Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms.
• Termination may occur without prior notice.

16.Third-Party Services

• The Platform may use third-party services such as payment gateways or logistics providers.
• We are not responsible for failures or issues caused by such third parties.

17.Privacy Policy

• Your personal data is handled as per our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
• By using the Platform, you consent to such data usage.

18.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan.

19.Changes to Terms

• Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
